Tuesdays For the Tummy

Hey hey heyyy!

Here are some great recipe ideas for y'all! Let me know some of your favorite recipe, I love trying new things!!!

PB2 Banana Ice Cream

1 ripe banana 
2tbsp of PB2

Mush banana with powdered pb2, mix well and freeze for 25 minutes, makes a great after dinner snack for only 150 calories!  Can add in sugar free zero calorie coffee flavoring syrups or walden farms syrups for more flavor options!

Spark Smoothie

8oz water
1 packet of Spark
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 cups of your favorite no sugar added frozen fruit

Mix water with spark powder first then add ice and fruit!  Great afternoon snack and power up drink! 

Bison Scrambler

4oz ground bison, cooked
4 egg whites
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped

In a skillet over medium heat scramble your egg whites, spinach an onion when it's 3/4 cooked add in your ground bison! Protein packed breakfast that's yummy!!
